9. 獎品的領獎詳情如下：
．得獎者將有專人以電話通知確認領取獎品之日期及時間。如主辦機構在2023年10月20日仍未能成功聯絡到得獎者，將被視作棄權，所有獎品將不獲再次安排領獎及不設任何補償。
．得獎者須本人親自帶同用作登記之完整有效收據正本前往指定地點領獎。如收據上之資料(包括分店編號、交易編號、購買日期及時間、購買產品名稱及數量)與所登記之不符，該得獎資格將會被取消。

2. The sole organizer of this promotional activity is Bee Cheng Hiang (Hong Kong) Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

3. Participants in this activity indicate their understanding and agreement to the "Terms and Conditions" of the activity. In case of violation, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the participation or qualification of the winner, and reserves the right to pursue any behavior that disrupts this activity.

4. Participation method:
- The promotion period is from September 6, 2023, to October 3, 2023 (inclusive of the first and last days) (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period").
- Anyone who purchases any 2 designated Bee Cheng Hiang’s Mini EZ products^ at a 7-Eleven convenience store within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region during the promotion period and presents a valid original machine-printed receipt is eligible to participate in the lucky draw. ^Designated Bee Cheng Hiang’s Mini EZ products include Mini EZ Pork and Mini EZ Golden Coin.
- One lucky draw chance will be given for every 2 designated Bee Cheng Hiang’s Mini EZ products purchased based on a single machine-printed receipt; 2 lucky draw chances will be given for every 4 products purchased, and so on, without any limit.
- Participants must log in to the website: https://bit.ly/beechenghiang_luckydraw_registration to fill in the registration form, provide personal information including English name (must be the same as the ID card), Hong Kong identity card number (English letters and the first 3 digits), contact phone number, and upload a photo of the valid receipt and provide receipt information (branch number, transaction number, transaction date and time, product name and quantity) for registration purposes.
- A valid receipt refers to the original electronic receipt issued by a 7-Eleven convenience store within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region during the promotion period (photocopies of receipts will not be accepted).

6. This promotional activity is only applicable to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Participants must be over 18 years old and hold a valid Hong Kong identity card.


7. Each valid machine-printed receipt can only be registered once. Any registration submitted with duplicate or incorrect information will be voided, but each participant can register multiple times.

8. The list of winners will be announced on October 13, 2023, in Sing Tao Daily, South China Morning Post, Bee Cheng Hiang (Hong Kong) website, and Bee Cheng Hiang - Hong Kong Facebook page.

9. Details of prize collection are as follows:
- Winners will be contacted by phone by a dedicated representative to confirm the date and time of prize collection. If the organizer is unable to successfully contact the winner by October 20, 2023, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and no further arrangement for prize collection will be made, and no compensation will be provided.
- Winners must personally bring the complete and valid original receipt used for registration to the designated location to collect the prize. If the information on the receipt (including store number, transaction number, purchase date and time, product name, and quantity) does not match the registration information, the winner's eligibility will be canceled.
- Winners must present their Hong Kong identity card for identity verification during prize collection. If the winner's personal information provided is untrue and/or incorrect, or if the winner cannot receive the prize collection notification or collect the prize for any reason other than the Organizer's fault, the winner's eligibility will be canceled, and the Organizer will not be responsible for any compensation or reissuance.

The organizer makes no express or implied warranties, representations or guarantees, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, regarding the prizes. The organizer will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses and/or consequences that may arise from the winner's use of the prizes.

16. The data provided by participants cannot be changed, and all data shall be based on the Organizer's computer records. Any duplicate, incorrect, or incomplete data will be deemed invalid. If the data provided by the participant is untrue or incorrect, resulting in the winner unable to receive the prize collection notification or the promotional activity prize, the Organizer will not be responsible.

17. The activity time and winning data shall be based on the Organizer's computer records. Participants shall not object to this activity and the judging decision.

18. If, due to reasons beyond the Organizer's control such as computer, network, telephone, technical or other reasons, the participant's registered data or the Organizer's issuance of the winning notification is lost, incorrect, unidentifiable or damaged, resulting in invalid data, the Organizer will not be liable, and participants shall not object.
