- If the order is stopped during the transaction or cannot be completed due to a delay error, please log in again.
- Our website accepts the following payment methods
- Online payment includes: Visa,MasterCardMasterCard,American ExpressCard payment: The person paying by credit card must be the credit card holder
- If the payment fails, it may be because the card issuing bank system is busy. The credit card information is incorrect. The credit limit is exceeded. Please contact your issuing bank.
- Once the order is confirmed, no refunds or changes will be granted.
- If there is any failure to post or unsuccessful transaction, the transaction will be regarded as cancelled.
- After successfully completing the transaction, you will receive an order confirmation email with the confirmed order information.
- Free shipping for total order is HK$500 or above If the total order amount is less than HK$500，HK$50 will be charged for shipping。
- After the completion of the purchase of goods, the company does not have to bear any legal responsibility. The goods will not be returned or exchanged.
- If you find any problems with the goods, please keep the products, and contact our company within 3 working days after receiving the goods, overdue case will not be accepted.

- We currently only accept delivery to Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories(Except outlying islands))。
- The product will be delivered to the designated address within three - seven working days, but it does not rule out that the delivery time may varied due to Public Holidays, (such as Christmas, Lunar New Year and Easter Holidays.) The delivery service time will be delayed when the Gale Signal No. 8 is hoisted or the black rainstorm warning is in effect.
- If you cannot receive the goods as scheduled due to the customer’s personal reasons, please contact SF Express and make arrangements. SF Express may charge additional administrative fee. 2 Arrange to receive the goods again within a week. Our company has the opportunity to cancel your order without making a refund due to failure to make delivery arrangements.

SF Express will send a pickup notification SMS to your mobile phone number before the pickup is available. 3SF Express will charge the customer a storage surcharge if the parcel is picked up within days. Please check with SF Express for all delivery matters. The company will not inquire and change any delivery arrangements on behalf of the customer.

6.1Please ensure that the correct recipient phone number and delivery address are provided when ordering to contact the delivery
6.2Do not use a post office box as the delivery address。
6.3Delivery to home service is not applicable to the following areas: Warehouse Logistics Center, Airport Container Terminal, Wan Chai Convention and Exhibition Center, Asia Expo.
6.4If the delivery address is a residential area, SF Express will call to make an appointment for delivery arrangements before shipment. If you have any inquiries, you can contact SF Express by yourself. The company will not make separate arrangements.

7.1Not applicable to cash on delivery orders
7.2Store pick-up service is only available in designated Bee Cheng Hiang stores。
7.3When the goods are ready in the store, we will send you a self-pickup notification email. Please pick up the order at the store of your choice based on the date of receipt of the email. Orders that are overdue and not picked up may be cancelled due to failure to make delivery arrangements. Your order is not refundable.
7.4When you arrive at the store, please provide the online order number and the mobile phone number filled in when placing the order to the staff to assist you in picking up the goods.
7.5After picking up the goods, the person who receives it also needs to sign for confirmation to ensure that the delivery is completed.
